Gatehouse Renovations

Project was not awarded and will be completed by in-house staff. The City of Atlantis is seeking sealed bid submissions for Gatehouse Renovations.The City of Atlantis reserves the right, in the City's sole and absolute discretion, to reject any and all sealed bids, cancel this procurement at any time and/or to solicit and re-advertise for other bids or proposals, to waive any irregularities, or to accept a sealed bid or combination of bids that in the Citys sole and absolute judgment will, under all circumstances, best serve the City. GATEHOUSE RENOVATIONS at the three (3) gatehouses at the three (3) entrances to Atlantis. The following services will be provided: o Clubhouse Boulevard Gatehouse - Interior demolition, renovation, mechanical systems installation, and exterior windows and door removal and replacement. o JFK Drive Gatehouse - Interior demolition, renovation, mechanical systems installation, and exterior windows and door removal and replacement. o Military Trail Gatehouse - Interior demolition, renovation, mechanical systems installation, and exterior windows and door removal and replacement.
