| Description | Furnish and install a new 7.5 ton system heat pump in Room # 304 at Mayo High School, located at 405 Chestnut St, Darlington, SC. The new unit must be a Trane, Carrier, Bryant, or equivalent 5 ton 240 volt 3 phase heat pump. Disconnects will be replaced with new disconnects. The new unit must contain a 12kw to 15kw auxiliary heat. The new condenser must include hail guards. If hail guards are not factory installed they must be furnished and installed by the contractor. If curb foot print if different, contractor is responsible for providing a curb adapter. Unit has a single 240 three phase circuit feeding disconnects. If single point entry kit is not available an outside breaker box with the unit on one breaker and the heat strips on another will be required. Contractor must dispose of all old equipment and clean up all debris. | ||
