| Description | Removal and replacement of two culverts on Holi Dale Drive, (TR-0735). The first culvert is located perpendicular to Holi Dale Drive near the intersection of Chardon-Windsor Road at straight line mileage #0.005 and consists of the removal of the existing 36” CMP, 12” CMP and existing manhole and replaced with a 36” RCP, 18” RCP, No. 2-4 catch basin and ancillary items. The second culvert is located perpendicular to Holi Dale Drive at #0.12 and consists of the removal of the existing 36” CMP and replaced with a 36” RCP and ancillary items. The project locations are generally shown on the Location Map. All work for this project shall be completed within the construction limits. |
