Parking Lot Repair/Resurface/Sealcoat

Scope: The contractor will saw cut the sensor loops near the gate 1 inch down into the concrete curb. The contractor will excavate existing damaged/unsuitable material and provide a uniform and seamless integration into existing asphalt. The contractor will install GAB and asphalt at the gate from curb to curb from orange marking to orange marking (exact dimensions and thickness of asphalt TBD). The contractor will repair cracks with hot crack sealant at the designated area within the fence. The contractor will sealcoat the entire area inside the fence for a uniform appearance. The contractor will re-paint all parking lines inside the fence. The contractor will remove the concrete island ensuring to saw cut the raw edge toward the fence. The contractor will install 2” of GAB and 4” of asphalt and integrate uniformly into existing asphalt. The contractor will clean up all debris and unused material and remove both from the worksite prior to receiving the final contract payment.
