| Description | The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary and incidental to the controlled demolition and removal of all tanks, septic tank and sanitary waste piping, distribution boxes, leach field piping, soil, sand and stone materials in the leach field trench, the cesspool, and the subsurface sand filter system which additionally includes a concrete pump pit and equipment, concrete block building and slab, and the concrete chlorine contact chamber. All pipe trench and structure excavations shall be backfilled with suitable clean fill, compacted, graded to match the surrounding ground level, seeded and mulched. | ||||
