Sealed bids for the project will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, City of Rio Rancho City Hall. Bidders must submit their original bid in a sealed envelope or container via USPS, other mailing services or hand deliver and must upload one (1) electronic copy on the City's Bonfire portal to be deemed a Responsible Bidder no later than date and address specified in above. Bidders will be deemed Non-Responsive if original physical bid submissions and/or electronic submission are received after the deadline date and time or not submitted at all. Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the replacement of an existing 14-inch waterline with a new 10-inch HDPE line from Valley Meadows Drive to Soothing Meadows Drive crossing the Montoyas Arroyo by horizonal directional drilling. Work also includes but is not limited to combination air valves, vaults, and all appurtenances. NOTICE: The City of Rio Rancho Procurement Code, Section 36.37, paragraph B, notes that New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.
