DC01--(Closed Circuit Television) CCTV Camera System

This is a contract for the installation and configuration of Avigilon IP cameras and Avigilon network video recording system to fully replace the existing CCTV system at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center. Configuration includes updating the camera firmware, changing the view of the camera if request by Police Service, and modifying the cameras’ network information. All work will be in accordance to manufacturer specification, applicable VA Technical Information Library (TIL) guidelines, and any system configuration necessary for operation. Cameras and network video recording system shall meet the technical requirements outlined in Specification Sections 28 05 19.15 Network Video Recorders, 28 21 13 IP Cameras, and 28 23 00 Video Management System. Contractor shall be an Avigilon preferred partner. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment for this procurement. All existing equipment that has been identified for removal shall be returned to the VA Wilkes-Barre Police Service. The equipment required for this installation includes cameras, switches, racks, cables, servers, and network video recorders. The labor costs associated are for installation of required equipment, device wiring, network wiring, network, and program management.
