Swinging Gate Maintenance WPAFB

The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, supplies, and equipment, materials, repair and replacement parts, transportation and communication necessary to inspect, maintain and repair Mechanized Swing and Sliding Gate systems located within the perimeter of Wright Patterson AFB OH (See Appendix B). The contractor shall provide on-site semi-annual inspection/preventive maintenance and authorized emergency and routine repair service. All maintenance and repair work performed under this Performance-based Work Statement (PWS) shall be in accordance with industry/commercial practices as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure areas are clean, orderly and free of debris upon completion of each service. If manufacturers’ recommended parts are not available, replacement parts shall be equal to or better than the manufacturer’s recommended part. Technicians performing work under this PWS shall be trained and have a minimum of 2 years certifiable experience inspecting, testing and maintaining mechanized Swing and Sliding Gate systems.
