Demolition back to the 1975 Building Boiler Room includes steam, steam condensate, domestic hot water, domestic hot water circulation, fire protection sprinkler, and gas. Demolition back to the public utilities includes domestic water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. o Disconnection and removal of the existing electrical system serving the 1955 and 1975 Building Additions. o Site restoration at these demolition locations consisting of backfilling, compaction, and site grading, site improvements, and hydroseeding. o Abatement of hazardous materials in the 1955 and 1975 Building Additions as defined in the project manual. |
