Lower Rio Grande Security System Maintenance

Work shall consist of coordinating with the Security Services Division (SSD) and responding as needed to maintain the equipment listed below. The contractor shall maintain the equipment listed below, all accompanying equipment and materials, and update/upgrade CCURE 9000, and any other security system software as needed. The contractor shall not be responsible for any equipment damaged by means out of their control, such as vandalism or natural disasters but may be called to repair any damaged components. The contractor shall possess the capability to supply loaner equipment in the case of a failure until a permanent component can be installed. Any replacement components shall be of the same or like item of equipment and meets compatibility requirements of the security system. Major components include but are not limited to, Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), CCTV, Network Video Recorder (NVR), communication equipment, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), CCURE 9000 Security Management System (SMS), and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) monitoring (if monitored at any of the specific sites). The contractor will conduct an annual inspection upon the request of the SSD. An inspection report will be provided at the end of the inspection.
