Guthrie Road (T473) Full Depth Reclamation Project

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount of (10%) of the total of the Base Bid made payable to or indemnifying Nicholson Township. Specific construction that is included as a part of this project is included on the project drawings and should be referred to better understand the scope of work. All work to be completed in accordance with the written specifications. (3) Culvert Crossings (Inlet Box, Culvert, Headwall, and Related Items).1,060 L.F. of Roadside Drain.800 L.F. Full Depth Reclamation (12 Depth, 8% Portland Cement Addition). The area for the Guthrie Road Full Depth Reclamation Project is located along Guthrie Road, further delineated on the drawings for the project, Nicholson Township, County of Fayette, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all work indicated on the project drawings. The beginning ofwork for this project is approximately 80 feet north ofthe intersection ofBowood Road and Guthrie Road, along Guthrie Road. The end of work occurs at Culvert #3 which is approximately 1,150 south ofthe intersection ofGuthrie Road and Smithfield-Masontown Road (SR 3010). The locations ofthe proposed work have been field marked. All activities and materials shall be to the satisfaction of and subject to the approval of the Engineer, and work is as outlined, detailed and indicated by the drawings, specifications and final contract documents. All work indicated to be furnished and installed by others shall be the responsibility ofthe Owner.
