Description

The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for the removal and replacement of five (5) building complex roofs at the Deer Island Treatment Plant. Demolition and replacement of 5 roofs at the Deer Island Treatment Plant. Roofs will be replaced with either 90 mil EPDM or 2-ply modified coal tar bituminous (80 mil base & 160 mil cap). Please be advised the name of the Filed Sub-Bid Tabulation for Div. 15 Plumbing is revised. The Filed Sub-Bid Tab document is unchanged. The Filed Sub-Bids that are still pending in Event #5627, HVAC and Electrical, remain due on or before August 31, 2023 at 11:30 AM. General Bids remain due on or before September 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM.
