| Description | The City of Bryan is soliciting bids for the 2022 Street Maintenance Concrete Contract. This project consist of all work associated with street pavement and drainage improvements specified within this document. Base Bid quantities will include, but not limited to, approximately 14,140 SY of 6" concrete pavement and 1,506 SY of 4" concrete driveways or sidewalks. An additional 2,150 SY of 6" concrete pavement is included in the Alternate Bid item. It is preferred that work on Valley Oaks start immediately, with an emphasis on the completion of Florida Street and Marino Road. Jordan Loft parking lot may not start before October 1, 2022, but will need to be complete by April 30, 2023 |
