Murray City Fire Station 18 Construction Services

Murray City Corporation a political subdivision of the State of Utah, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Services for a Fire Station to be located at 4848 Box Elder Street.The City intends to construct a Fire Station consisting of a 5-bay two-story commercial grade building of approximately 3,500 square feet.The project site is relatively flat with some slope along the west property line which is adjacent to the UTA TRAX line. The site is located within the Murray City Center District (MCCD), and subject to certain design criteria. The property has frontage off of 4800 South and Box Elder Street.The site has environmental conditions and is part of a voluntary cleanup program working in conjunction with the State of Utah Department of Environmental Quality. There are specific requirements that will need to be followed for construction of this project but not limited to elements related to soil removal. The selected team will need to be familiar with all project requirements prior to construction activity occurring on the site.
