Mechanical and Plumbing Services

Mechanical Services to include, but not limited to: 1. Installation, repair or modification of water and wastewater piping, pumps, valves and motors 2. Installation, repair or modification of chlorine gas, liquids, chemical storage, distribution and feed systems 3. Installation or modification to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) 4. Installation, repair, or modification to grit screws, grinders, clarifiers, sump pumps, bar screens, and filters 5. Demolition, rigging and removal of obsolete equipment and storage tanks. Plumbing Services to include but not limited to: 1. Annual inspections on the Commissions backflow devices and repair and replacement as needed. 2. Installation, repair and modification to piping systems both above and below ground 3. Installation, repair and modifications to instrumentation equipment and flow meters. Electrical Services to include, but not limited to: 1. Installation or modification to fire alarm systems 2. Installation or modification to UV Disinfection systems 3. Installation or repair or modification to utility electrical feeds and conduits 4. Installation or modification to light fixtures, control circuits, distribution panels, motor control centers, and transformers. Miscellaneous Services to include, but not limited to; 1. Earth excavation, site grading, and seeding associated with construction or repair of underground utilities, pipes, and conduits 2. Concrete work associated with construction or repairs
