Tavistock/S. Movil Base Reconstruction

As of November 1, 2022, the project has not ben awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The Project involves the following items and approximate quantities: 11,631 SY Bituminous Full Depth Reclamation, 5,730 CY Unclassified Excavation, 4,700 tons Aggregate Base Class V(mod.), 32 EA 15" CMP pipe culverts with aprons, 150 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 32 SY Concrete Pavement, 28 EA Mailbox Supports, 14 EA 4' Coniferous Trees, and 4.5 AC of Turf Establishment. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid price must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. The Township reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all Bids as they deem to be in its best interest. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. June 1, 2022.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
