Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Televising 2022

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct 2022 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Televising. The deadline to ask questions is 8/19/2022 10:00 AM CST For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accordance with the conditions of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open.
