Description Approximately 150 Tons of Crack Seal material to be placed on the roads throughout Heber City, Utah. Contractor shall begin work in the spring of 2019 as soon as weather allows, and shall continue to work placing crack seal continually as weather permits to complete all roads on or before June 15, 2019. If for some unforeseen reason (i.e. weather or other unexpected delays) all roads are not completely crack sealed by June 15, 2019, Heber City reserves the right to either terminate the contract with the Contractor or extend the contract with the contractor and allow for a price adjustment for material price increase only.
