| Description | The Town of Richey, Montana is soliciting proposals from water meter suppliers to provide updated indoor water meters with absolute encoders and remote radio transmitters, data collection system and updated meter reading software, and any additional software necessary to interface with the Town's existing billing software. This proposal includes supplying all meters, shut-off valves, and a radio read system including radio transmitters, receivers, and meter reading software. A minimum of two 8 hour days of complete on-site training should be included for training including the meter reading, data downloading, and billing software. Respondents may supplement this proposal with graphic materials which best demonstrate the capabilities of the equipment proposed for the project. There will be no obligation to the Owner to execute a contract or for time or expenses incurred by the supplier in this selection process. The owners project team will do the evaluation of the proposals. Those suppliers not selected will be notified promptly. |
