Roof Replacement Services

In accordance with HUD CDBG funding requirements, HASLC is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide roofing, and associated component replacement support. This project also includes all the needed tuckpointing and masonry work to rebuild the from wall above the windows and add drainage. The address is: 4100 Peyton Lane, St. Louis, MO 63120. The services provided under the contract shall include but not be limited to: Remove existing roof system down to decking Prime Existing concrete roof Fully Adhere 2 layers of 2.6" ISO Reflash scupper and drain on main building Fully adhere Genflex 60 Mill TPO Flash all penetrations and walls to achieve a 20 year NDL warranty Reuse existing slip flashing under coping at parapet wall Clean up and haul away all debris Tuckpoint all areas necessary The Contractor shall post a bid guarantee bond of 5 percent of the bid price to assure that the bidder will, upon acceptance of his or her bid, execute such contractual documents as may be required within the time specified in the bid documents. (Applicable to contracts over $10,000.) The Contractor shall post a performance bond for 100 percent of the Contract Sum to assure satisfactory completion of work provided for in this Contract. (Applicable to contracts over $10,000.) The Contractor shall post a bond for 100 percent of the Contract Sum to assure payment of all persons supplying labor and material in the execution of work provided for in this Contract. (Applicable to contracts over $100,000.) Contractors, subcontractors, developers and subrecipients of OCD funding should make every effort possible to utilize certified Women Owned Business Enterprises, referred to as WBEs, and Minority Owned Business Enterprises, referred to as MBEs.
