RFQ Construction Manager at-Risk - McElroy Park Field Renovations

For McElroy Park Field Renovation Jamestown Park and Recreation is considering renovations of baseball/softball fields which may include, new playing fields with dugouts, batting cages, bathroom/concessions building, Jack Brown Field Renovations, Jack Brown Field locker room and concessions building, etc. The facility will be located near Jack Brown Stadium. Upon approval of the McElroy Park Field Renovation, the delivery method for this project will be through a Construction Manager at Risk; including specific criteria required by Jamestown Park and Recreation District. The successful CMaR for this project must be able to comply with the schedule and other specific criteria established by the Owner.
