Construction Manager at Risk for Improvements to Westside Park

This project consists of demolition and construction of new recreation amenities, on a site that is currently developed parkland and active elementary school. The selected contractor will need to provide for modified safe use of school and park improvements outside the approx. 1.1 acre construction limits. The project is located on the south side of the 1100 block of Phillips St, in the City of Missoula. The project will be constructed in one phase and includes, but is not limited to, playground deconstruction, excavation and earthwork, soil and turf remediation, site grading, concrete playground pod, construction of walkways, installation of playground equipment and fall zone materials; a sports court, lighting, irrigation, fencing, signage, site amenities, and landscape restoration.
