Hilltop Needmore Town Park and Preserve Clubhouse Renovation

The HNTPP Clubhouse Renovation bid includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and incidental items associated with renovation of the HNTPP clubhouse. The renovation will include changing the building use to a community hall with kitchen, office, restrooms, and approximately 1,500 sf event space on the first floor. There will be no work on the second floor. Renovation includes bringing the clubhouse up to current building code for public use and providing ADA accessibility improvements.
