Description The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for execution of this contract. Contractor shall be responsible for the following: Building 3A – Boiler Stacks: - Contractor shall replace failed existing boiler stack with two (2) lots of completely engineered Exhaust Solutions prefabricated Series CBHLA 8" diameter Double Wall stack systems, constructed of Stainless Steel per UL 1738 inner wall and Aluminized Steel outer wall, with 1" Air Gap insulation. The stack systems will be fully installed in the same manner as is existing. - Contractor shall perform a complete annual inspection on 3A boilers per manufactures instructions. This shall include providing all service parts that are to be changed to include the flame rods and ignition electrodes, all repair gaskets, cables and boots that are recommended by the manufacture’s service parts list. - Contractor provide a visual and a written report on the annual services performed. - Contractor shall run and test the boilers at the completion of work to ensure that systems are running. - Building 5 – Boiler Repairs - Contractor shall remove, inspect and clean boiler tubes in accordance with manufacture’s instructions. - Contractor shall provide and install replacement boiler tubes and all new gaskets. - Contractor shall ensure that boiler is hydrostatically tested in accordance with ASME and NBBI code requirements.
