The project principally involves the reconstruction of the asphalt concrete pavement for a total length of 900+/- feet of Willis Hill Road at two intersections. The work includes removal of existing asphalt pavement, replacement and widening of the road subbase, construction of surface storm water inlets and 370 feet of storm sewer, and repaving the roadway.
