Eagle Pointe Golf Course Phase 1A, 1B, and 1C Construction

Scope of Work: The project location is Eagle Pointe Golf Club, 12440 Eagle Pointe Dr., Mont Belvieu, Texas 77523 The scope of the Project for Phases 1A through 1C is generally as follows: 1. Phase 1A: Construction of two new golf holes on undeveloped wooded property, reconstruction of green and second landing area of existing 16 the hole, new practice putting green, new chipping green, and associated cart paths and creek crossings. Construction start February 2022, Com pletion July 2022. 2. Phase 1B & 1C (simultaneous): Construction of new practice range, irrigation lakes, & seven-hole lighted par-3 course. Construction start Fall of 2022, Completion August 2023.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Facility Sanitary Sewerage, Drinking Fountains and Water Coolers.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting Preparation, Turf and Grasses, Plants, Planting Accessories.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs.
