Pinecrest Gardens Upper Garden Construction

Construction of multiple facilities at Upper Garden located at Pinecrest Gardens, 11000 SW 57 Avenue, Pinecrest, Florida. The project involves the addition of playground restrooms, a petting zoo and a multi-use inspiration center to the Pinecrest Gardens Upper Garden area. The inspiration center contains a multi-use main hall, a general storage room, janitor's closet and restrooms. The petting zoo is comprised of three animal pod structures. The playground restroom building provides three family restrooms and one utility room.
