Description

The requirements for bidders, contractors and subcontractors are explained in the bidding documents. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the City of Mansfield's Board of Control in the best interest of the City of Mansfield. The City of Mansfield's Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities 2000 Harrington Memorial Road, Mansfield, Ohio 44902. To resurface the existing 3,669 square yard asphalt parking lot in front of the Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport terminal building in addition to adding 122 square yards of new asphalt pavement. The Owner requires that all work shall be fully completed on or before July 31th 2023 The Engineer's Estimate for this project is One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($135,000).
