Closed Circuit Television System Upgrades for Indian Health Service

Indian Set-Aside. Install an Integrated IP CCTV System. Install an 8 channeled Networked Video Recorder (NVR) with a Video Management System (VMS) Management Software that provides a Network POE to power and connect all cameras. Install fixed cameras throughout the Fort Duchesne IHS Wellness Center. Provide customer user training at completion of Installation. The NV shall be located it the Storage Room. It will be connected and networked through the existing switch. The NVR will be controlled and operated by Facility Management with a pass code protection. The NVR will be able to store video footage for up to 90 days. The VMS on the NVR should be able to be accessed virtually remotely through an application on a networked connected PC. There shall be four (4) Fixed Networked Cameras on the exterior of the building that have the ability to detect license plates, operate at day and night, be weatherproofed, and provide 4K resolution. The five (5) interior fixed cameras shall be able to operate at night and day and provide 4k Resolution. All of the cameras will be connected to the NVR located in the storage room. The vendor shall program the network CCTV system NVR’s for recording, motion detection, NVR application, and 24/7 video surveillance. Vendor shall provide training to the facility management staff members on operation of software. The vendor shall supply all new CAT5/6E wiring to communicate to the new NVR and to and from each camera location. Vendor shall provide the necessary exterior and interior mounts for the all the cameras and NVR to install and be positioned securely throughout the building. All wire runs that are exposed below ceilings and outside areas shall be in conduit. There will be no slicing of wired allowed. Wire runs from interior to exterior equipment shall be caulked be watertight secured. Vendor shall install two (2) signs indicating the building is under video surveillance. The conceptual drawing shows all CCTV camera locations and the NVR location
