Courthouse Front Stoop CDBG Project

The project will consist of creating an ADA compliant entrance at Door #1 of the Courthouse including removal of the current stoop, creation of concrete wheelchair ramps, installation of handrails and push button door openers. This project is CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) funded and must comply with all CDBG rules and regulations as well as comply with the State Historic Preservation Office specified guidelines. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract, Section 3, and E.O. 11246. The Contract shall be subject to Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) and federal wage determinations
