DCAMM Certification. 5 Trade Contractor Packages: Early Roofing & Flashing; Early Fire Protection Sprinkler System; Early Plumbing; Early HVAC; Early Electrical, for the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital Renovation/Replacement, Boston, MA. This project is a comprehensive modernization of an existing 420,000 GSF hospital building in the South End neighborhood of Boston to serve as a replacement for the existing Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. The existing building consists of two interconnected buildings. Most of the building systems will be modernized in some fashion, and the remainder will be replaced in their entirety.
