| Description | Design, fabrication and on-site erection of a complete pre-engineered metal building system for a floating boathouse, including framing, walls, roof, entry door and manual overhead doors for boat slips. Boathouse superstructure shall be supported by floating docks with interior wood deck walkways and accessories at boat slips. Floating boathouse will be anchored at shore by drilled concrete shafts and mooring arms. Floating boathouse access will be via new on-shore concrete abutment and aluminum gangway bridge. Boathouse electrical includes power feed extension from existing building, installation of 60A power distribution panel and power circuits to interior/exterior lighting and fixtures and receptacles. Site work and restoration of lawn, concrete, asphalt and gravel pavement areas disturbed by the project to pre-existing conditions. |
