Description

Requesting professional design and construction administration services to produce a demolition bid package for the demolition of selected buildings at the Special Alternative Incarceration Facility near Chelsea, Michigan for the Department of Corrections. There are five (5) existing single-story buildings that are part of the scope of work. The work shall include sanitary sewer piping removal leading from the buildings to the nearest underground structure. These buildings are located at the southeast corner of the facility adjacent to Waterloo Road.
