If a bid security is required with the bid, the bidder must upload a copy of the certified check, cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total price bid. The Bidder that is awarded a contract shall, simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract.
