The project is intended to be a complete turn-key installation, inclusive of: o ADA compliant extruded dark bronze aluminumm storefront constructed frame system o Five exterior pairs of doors with appropriate panic hardware including one active door hardware with electric panic hardware o All wall panels, doors, and transoms to match frame system o 1" tempered, low-E insulated glass (doors, side panels, transoms) o Cabinet electric heat units (2) o Surface mounted LED ceiling light fixtures o Document slot and voice port incorporated into identified glass panel o Suitable weather resistant carpet tiles o Patch and paint ceiling Required site work, inclusive of: o Excavation of existing sidewalk panels and backfill of location site o Form and pour new footings and new concrete frost wall foundation and slab on grade o Prep slab site with crushed stone base and rigid installation and wetproofing PROJECT SOFT COSTS TO BE INCLUDED o Building permit fees o Design and engineering o Project management/ supervision INFRASTRUCTURE NOT TO BE INCLUDED (PROVIDED BY OTHERS) o CAT 6 Network cable, cabling, and network connectivity drops o Intercom system o Access control proximity reader o Surveillance equipment o Signage o Window security film o Protective pipe bollards
