| Description | FORD COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE COLD MIX SEALED BIDS 2023 Ford County, Road & Bridge Division, is requesting Sealed Bids for the following materials for the 2023 Asphalt Preservation Program: 9,000 (+/-) tons of BM-1 Cold Mix with 15% crushed rock and 15% screenings. Contractor to furnish total mix including asphalt. Asphalt percentage to be at 6% of dry weight of the aggregates. Ford County will supply enough trucks to maintain plant production (provided that the plant is set up within a 15 mile radius of Dod ge City). The Vendor will supply Ford County with One (1) Gradation of Aggregate Report and One (1) Report of Asphalt Percentage each day of production. The materials shall be ready for Ford County pick up within 30 days of acceptance of proposal. Please include your mix design and proposed schedule for our consideration. Please label the front of the envelope Road and Bridge Cold Mix Bid 2023 . The Ford County Commissioners will review the bids at their next following regular board meeting. Ford County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. |
