Description | Install a new 6’x6’8” - 6 panel door unit with no rot jambs, required trim, weather stripping, threshold, peephole and hardware. Both doors are to be operational. Install new lock set and dead bolt keyed to homeowner’s key. Door install will include framing as required and exterior paint work. DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY INTERIOR WORK OR INTERIOR PAINT. Detach and re-install awning. Install 2 wall mounted lights model – Progress Lighting Westport # P6013-3130K9 or equivalent at existing locations Replace deteriorated wood siding and prep to receive new vinyl siding. Prep cornice system, gable and area of wood siding to receive vented soffit, metal fascia and vinyl siding. Install vented vinyl soffit and metal fascia (68 lineal foot) with associated trim. Install vinyl siding over fan fold insulation with associated trim on gable (45’x3’), area of wood siding (15’x10’) and area around front door (4’x7’). Build ADA approved ramp at front entrance with a new 8’x5’ wood porch, ramp. Porch is to be constructed of treated pine. Install rails with pickets around front porch and ramp. Install new house numbers on front of house in a contrasting color with a minimum height of 3”. Detach and re-install data cables as required. Replace deteriorated wood siding and prep to receive new vinyl siding. Prep cornice system and area of wood siding to receive vented soffit, metal fascia and vinyl siding. Install vented vinyl soffit and metal fascia (27 lineal foot) with associated trim. Install vinyl siding over fan fold insulation with associated trim on area with wood siding (15’x9’). Detach and re-install awning. Install a 2 bulb LED dusk to dawn flood light at existing location. Replace deteriorated wood siding and prep to receive new vinyl siding. Replace deteriorated fascia (40 lineal foot). Prep cornice system and area of wood siding to receive vented soffit, metal fascia and vinyl siding. Install vented vinyl soffit and metal fascia (68 lineal foot) with associated trim. Install vinyl siding over fan fold insulation with associated trim on gable (45’x3’) and area of wood siding (12’x10’). Install a new hurricane rated exterior door unit with no rot jambs, required trim, weather stripping and threshold. Install new lock set and dead bolt keyed to homeowner’s key. Door install will include framing as required and exterior paint work. Remove existing roof covering to the decking and replace any deteriorated or damaged decking with like, kind and quality of existing materials (figure 250 Square feet.). Fasten and certify decking attachment as per Escambia County Building Code. Install self-adhering granulated modified bitumen roll roofing with manufacturers recommended secondary water barrier as per manufacturer specifications. Replace existing drip edge with new metal drip edge. Install new slant-back vents. Replace all boots with new lead or EPDM and metal boots. Trim trees over hanging roof to clear roof by approximately 10’. Remove tree trimming debris from premises Upgrade electrical system to 200 amp service, a new meter base/power pack and riser will be required. |
