Description

The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary to complete the follow work 1. Enlarge the parking area to provide additional parking spaces to include an area for snow to be pushed too. 2. Preparation / permits and submit detailed drawings of area for County Building Supervisor approval before work commences. 3. Removal of curbing and existing fence enclosing proposed space. 4. Cutting into, removal soil and level part of the hill side. See attached drawing. Area in red is proposed area. 5. Provide structural footing for and build retaining walls or step walls in leveled and surrounding areas. 6. Grading of and installation of sub-base for black top in area too include proper drainage and tie into existing storm sewer. 7. Extending blacktop into new area including cement curbs and stripping. 8. Xeriscape of remaining hillside and surrounding area. See attached drawing. Area in blue to be Xeriscape.
