Turner Street 100 Block Improvements

The Work to be performed under the Contract includes demolition and removal of 1444+ square feet of concrete sidewalk, timber walls, trees, vegetation, and 432 linear feet of parking stripe. The work to be performed also includes: the filling, compacting, grading, and preparation of sidewalk features; the construction of 868+ square feet of concrete sidewalk, 812+ square feet brick sidewalk, and 309± linear feet of brick retaining wall; the installation of 11 - 2.5” caliper trees, 10 park benches, 4 bike racks, sign and lighting column re-installation, and pavement striping.
