Heartwell Renewables - Highway 6 Access Drives

Heartwell Renewables, LLC (Owner) will receive sealed bids to furnish and install a concrete offset lane and asphalt temporary exit including all incidental work necessary in accordance with the Contract Agreement, General Conditions of Contract, Drawings, Specifications, the Owners EHS Manual, and all other documents (collectively the Contract Documents) furnished in the RFP. This work is in connection with the Owners construction of a new grassroots hydroprocessing facility located at 4080 E. South Street, Hastings, Nebraska 68901. The NDOT website is: Prequalified Contractors - Nebraska Department of Transportation 2. Have an active account in Avetta and be Avetta compliant (green status). Note that supplemental qualification criteria are posted in Avetta by Owner. This qualification applies as well to Bidders proposed Subcontractors. Bidders not meeting the above qualifications will be ineligible for an award. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by facsimile or email will not be accepted. In one (1) sealed envelope, the Bidder shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of its bid, each clearly marked as such, and one (1) flash drive with the Bidders bid saved thereon. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or technicalities of the bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the Owner. Late bids will not be accepted.
