Description

The general scope of work is the restoration of the existing storm water detention pond serving College Heights Subdivision Phase One to its original volume. The scope includes clearing of the vegetation, removal of the siltation to plan grade, reshaping of the side slopes, placement of an erosion control blanket along the side slopes, concrete block erosion control mat, and placement of a vinyl retaining wall along the East side of Lots 28 and 56 College Heights Sub Phase 1, and hydroseeding.
