Most of the ground floor level is open to the air on the sides to provide a covered formation area. There are stair towers at all four corners and one elevator. One wing of the ground floor encloses space for recruit training administrative offices, two small hold-over dormitories, and staff toilets. DCF houses a dining facility and a full-service kitchen on the ground floor. Floors two and three of the DCF include 16 classrooms, each with a capacity of 120 students. Classrooms are efficient including features such as tiered seating for optimal visibility, excellent acoustical control, projection systems, and student data connection capability.
