Only contractors who have been issued a prequalification certificate by the sc department of transportation will be allowed to submit bids. If an electronic bond is utilized, the Bond ID number must be provided on the Surety 2000 or SurePath Network electronic bond form. No other form of proposal guaranty will be accepted.
