Gomez Corridor Neighborhood Restoration

Project includes the restoration of neighborhood drainage infrastructure in the SE Gomez Avenue corridor that includes the publicly maintained roads to the east and west of SE Gomez Avenue, Martin County, FL. The scope of work includes removal of existing CMP and HDPE pipes, removal of select drainage structures, installation of new RCP pipes, exfiltration trench and drainage structures, CIP pipe lining, roadway open cut trench repair, swale regrading, concrete and asphalt driveway removal and construction, concrete sidewalk removal and construction, asphalt pavement construction, desilting of culverts, updating of roadway signage, and other incidental work as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. Allowances have been included in the Bid/Contract for potential utility conflict resolutions and landscape restoration, as needed.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
