Description

Summit County (COUNTY) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction manager/general contractor services (hereinafter referred to as "CM/GC"), also referred to as Construction Manager at Risk, related to: 1) Silver Summit County Services Building located at approximately 1500 South Paintbrush Road, Park City, Utah (the "County Project") 2) Mountain Regional Water Office and Maintenance Facility ("MRW Project"), further described within the RFP. The MRW Project is considered as an add/alternative portion of the project and may or may not be awarded as part of the PROJECT. Proposals will be accepted only from firms that are free of all obligations and interests that might conflict with the best interest of the County and have the capacity to provide services on a timely basis. Respondents are to directly incorporate the needs and requirements from the Scope of Work into all aspects of the proposal response. Only COUNTY and Mountain Regional Special Service District (MRW) funds are being used to construct this facility. No Federal Funding is anticipated.
