| Description | Though the city hopes to update traffic signal timing systems on Grand Avenue in the next few years, a steep increase in the expected cost has led the city to take a closer look at its options. The city plans to update the obsolete traffic controllers in the Grand Avenue corridor in fiscal year 2022. This project is part of the city's capital improvement plan. Per the owner, as of April 27, 2020, they have selected a consultant to do a study on this project. Owner states that they have not secured a design team for the project itself, but it is very likely that the consultant will be secured for the design of the project as well.
