Morris Avenue Tot Lot Improvements

Morris Avenue Tot Lot is a .09 acre parcel located on the East Side of Providence within a residential neighborhood. The city of Providence seeks qualified contractors to perform the following scope of work that shall include but is not limited to the following: Remove and dispose bituminous concrete paving, playground equipment, playground safety surfacing, site furnishings, concrete piers and curbing and chain link fence. Furnish and Install tree protection, 4” decomposed granite path, 4” concrete pad, playground equipment, engineered wood fiber mulch, site furnishings, welded wire fencing and gate, and plantings and as indicated on plans and specifications. Contractor shall coordinate a pick-up schedule for Berliner SpooRoo Combi 03 located at 1000 Elmwood Ave in Roger Williams Park. Playground feature shall be installed per manufacturer’s instructions.
