Description

Abrasive blast and repaint the tank interior and exterior, repair various items within the tank including but not limited to: new ladder safety systems, installation of pressure vent on roof, relocation of FAA lights, installation of interior lighting system, roof manhole replacement, and various pipe repairs and reconfigurations including expansion joints, insulation, and replacement. There must also be a temporary potable water source while the watersphere is out of service for rehabilitation. The watersphere services the entire plaza, and the plaza is not connected to any outside water distribution service.
