Box 1390, Cartersville, Ga Until Local Time and Then at Said Cartersville Parks and Recreation Administration Offices Located at 100 Pine Grove Road, Cartersville, Ga. Publicly Opened and Read Aloud. The Envelope Containing the Proposals Must Be Sealed and Designated on the Outside of the Envelope as Rfp for: City of Cartersville Stadium Steps Renovation Civil Documents– Matthew Hill Park Proposals Received After the Designated Time Will Not Be Considered. The Principal Items of Documents Are: Surveying, Schematic Designs, Design Development, Bidding Assistance and Construction Administration for Project at 129 Aubrey St, Cartersville, Ga 30120 Bidders Shall Inform Themselves of and Comply With All Conditions and Specifications Contained in the Bid Package, Contract, Related Documents and State and Federal Law. The Successful Bidder Must Comply With. The Successful Bidder Must Also Comply With And Dol Rule Proposals Received Without a Properly Prepared and Notarized Affidavit Specific to This Project Attesting to the Requirements of the Laws and Provided in the Contract Documents Will Not Be Considered.
