Concrete Repairs at South Park Wave Pool III

Saw cutting and removing spalled concrete at South Park Wave Pool. All concrete to be removed off-site by the contractor. Contractor will provide basic slurry cleanup with shop vac or squeegee in immediate work area. All water stop to be left in place. Back-filling and pouring to be done by county forces. Contractor responsible for field verifying all lineal footage for saw cuts at joints Contractor responsible for field verifying all dimensions for demolition of concrete pads Contractor responsible to remove all spoils / debris from site and submit landfill receipts to Allegheny County The Contractor is responsible for protection of all surfaces adjacent to the demolition work. The manner of protection shall be approved by Allegheny County. The Contractor shall notify the County of any existing previously unknown conditions contrary to what is shown on drawings prior to starting work. The Contractor shall be responsible for all repairs and patching of over breakage and any such repairs shall match existing adjacent surfaces.
